Chelsey Cole
Operations Specialist

Chelsey Cole is our Operations Specialist. She began her career with us as a Collegiate Learning Specialists. In her operations role, she brings clarity, structure, and efficiency to complex systems. Her background in education leadership and executive functioning underscores her aptitude for building organizational frameworks that help both students and teams succeed.
“My specialty is executive function; my talent is organization. I love taking something that is disorganized and chaotic—like an overflowing backpack or a long to-do list—and bringing order to it,” she says. “Helping people manage their time, stay accountable to themselves, and experience a sense of accomplishment is incredibly rewarding.”
Chelsey began her career teaching seventh-grade English at a charter school, where she quickly discovered a passion for working with students who learn differently. “You know your calling as soon as you start doing it,” she says of her transition into special education and academic support.
Before coming to Focus Collegiate, Chelsey served as Director of Instructional Services at Willow Hill School in Sudbury, Massachusetts, where she designed and led the school’s Tutorial Program for students in grades 6–10. In that role, she developed systems for student assessment, instructional planning, and program scheduling; managed program staff; collaborated with the administrative team on school policies and curriculum; and created a school-wide organizational system that strengthened students’ executive functioning skills while aligning staff practices.
Chelsey brings energy, dedication, and a systems-oriented mindset to her work. She holds a Master of Education from American International College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated cum laude and completed the Teacher Education Program.
